The founder.

Mohamed Yusuf founded Flowgent Technologies after watching field service owners, plumbers, HVAC techs, mobile mechanics, pest control, work themselves to exhaustion building their businesses and still lose customers the moment their phone went to voicemail, the moment their quote went unanswered, the moment a happy customer was never asked for the review.

The missed call is not a technology problem. Neither is the quote that goes quiet, or the happy customer who never left a review. They are all the same gap: between the job in front of you and the opportunity behind you. Flowgent exists to close that gap, so owners spend less time on the business and more on the work. Right now that starts with listening: I'm talking with local owners about what actually gets in the way before building anything else.

Flowgent Technologies LLC is registered in the state of Texas. We serve service-economy businesses across the United States, with early focus on the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area.

We operate as a direct team. No resellers, no intermediaries. The person who answers your message is the person who builds what you use.

How we operate.

We build for you, not the software. Every decision starts with one question: does this give you more time, more revenue, or more certainty? If the answer is no, we don’t ship it.

We are honest about what we are. Anything automated we build tells the truth when asked whether it is a person. Owners deserve the same transparency: no pressure, and nothing to buy right now. If something won’t pay back for your business, we’ll tell you before you pay us.

We listen before we build. Every owner runs their business differently. We ask first, then build only what owners tell us they need.
